Yoga makes me feel



When I decided to commit more seriously to yoga about a year ago, I had no idea of the immense impact it would have on me. It’s taught me how to listen to every fiber of my being, to love myself unconditionally and heal from within, to be patient, to choose kindness and love even when it feels hard, to be comfortable in my own skin, and to let go of any expectations. It reminds me that the journey of learning something new every day is thrilling and that being a student of life is full of excitement, that inner peace is just a gentle smile away, that I don’t have to be perfect, that I can always begin again, and that I can become better if I put in the work and trust the universe to guide my path.


To build strength in softness and progress in stillness.

To be perpetually reborn,
